BharatKosha follows a suggest → verify → publish model. Anyone with an account can suggest edits; moderators review and verify them before they appear publicly.

Moderators are trusted contributors responsible for checking that each change is faithful to a cited source. The process for becoming a moderator, and for appealing a moderation decision, is being formalized.

Our goal is transparent, accountable stewardship of shared cultural knowledge — not a single authority over interpretation.

This policy is provisional and will be refined with community and legal input.
