(Altogether 11 chapters). चारश्चागस्त्यमुनेः सप्तर्षीणां च कूर्मयोगश्च । नक्षत्राणां व्यूहो ग्रहभक्तिर्ग्रहविमर्दश्च ॥२॥ Sloka 2.—The 12th chapter deals with the Transit of Agasthya, (13) the next one, with that of the Great Bear (seven sages), next; (14) with Nakshatra Kurma Vibhaga (Divisions of the country belonging to the Stars; next (15) with the Nakshatra Vyuha; next (16) with the places and objects belonging to the several planets; and next, (17) with planetary conflicts. ग्रहशशियोगः सम्यग्ग्रहवर्षफलं ग्रहाणां च । शृङ्गाटसंस्थितानां मेघानां गर्भलक्षणं चैव ॥३॥ Sloka 3.—The next chapter (18) is on the Moon's conjunction with the planets; next (19), on the years pre- sided over by planets and their effects; next (20), on planetary positions in the form of शृङ्गाटक configurations; and next (21), on the pregnancy of clouds. धारणवर्षणरोहिणिवायव्याषाढभद्रपदयोगाः । क्षणवृष्टिः कुसुमलताः सन्ध्या चिह्नं दिशां दाहः ॥४॥ Sloka 4.—The next (22) is on the retention of rain- water by the clouds; next (23), on the quantity of Rain- fall; next (24), on Rohini-Yoga; next (25), on Swati- Yoga; next (26), on Ashadha Yoga; next (27), on Vata Chakra or Bhadrapada Yoga; next (28), on immediate rain; next (29) on flowers and creepers; next (30), signs at twilights; next (31), glow at the horizon. भूकम्पोल्कापरिवेषलक्षणं शक्रचापखपुरं च । प्रतिसूर्यो निर्घातः ससद्मपर्याप्तकाण्डं च ॥५॥ बृ. सं 101
