We must remember that the predominating thought in Rama's mind at the time when he utters this verse is the deep love of सीता for him and her concern at the thought of separation from him We take अद्वैतं as the antecedent to which the following relative clauses containing the words यत्, यत्र, यस्मिन् are to be joined.
