CHAPTER VII 175 अत्र वन्द्यां किं हठहृतमहिलायां किं वा नमस्यामिति संदेहः ॥ (११) 'अप्रतीतं' यत्केवले शास्त्रे प्रसिद्धम् । यथा सम्यग्ज्ञानमहाज्योतिर्दलिताशयताजुषः । विधीयमानमप्येतन्न भवेत्कर्मबन्धनम् ॥१५५॥ अत्राशयशब्दो वासनापर्यायो योगशास्त्रादावेव प्रयुक्तः ॥ (१२) 'ग्राम्यं' यत्केवले लोके स्थितम् । यथा राकाविभावरीकान्तसंक्रान्तद्युति ते मुखम् । तपनीयशिलाशोभा कटिश्च हरते मनः ॥१५६॥ captured women ' (in which case the sentence would mean ‘ may you extend your mercy towards the captive woman ’), or ‘ reverent ’ (in which case it would qualify ‘ āśīḥparam- parām ’).
