घर पर ही बनाये मास्क

घर पर बने मास्क व्यक्तिगत तौर पर भी साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने में भी मदद करते हैं। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के पास कम से कम दो मास्क होने चाहिए।
ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि जब आपका एक मास्क धुलेगा तो आप दूसरे का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
घर में मौजूद किसी भी कपड़े से आप मास्क बना सकते हैं बशर्ते वह ठीक से साफ किया गया हो। मास्क बनाने से पहले कपड़े को ठीक से धो लें।
मास्क आपके मुंह और नाक को पूरी तरह से ढकने वाला होना चाहिए। इसे बांधना आसान हो।
