Cf. ‘ हारिणमैणेयं वा कार्ष्णं वा ब्राह्मणस्य ’ आपस्तम्बः । ‘ ब्राह्मणे बैल्वपालाशौ ’ मनु० । प्रगल्भवाक्-प्रगल्भा वाग यस्य सः speaking confidently or proudly Here it is used in good sense, hence, eloquent in speech or who could speak well ब्रह्ममयेन—(ब्रह्म + मयट्) ब्रह्मण आगतम् formed or consisting of or identified with Brahma Belonging to or fit for a Brahmana Here ब्रह्म means the Veda or simply Brahma मयट् is added by ‘ मयट् च ’ पा० ४ ३ ८२। Generally मयट् is added in the sense of 'consisting of' but, here, it means ‘ coming from ’ तेजसा—कान्त्या by the lustre ब्रह्ममयेन तेजसा— ब्रह्मवर्चसेन dıvıne glory or splendour ; pre eminence in holiness or sacred knowledge, superhuman power The power and glory of Brahma ; the glory supposed to surround a Brahmana ज्वलन् इव-दीप्यमान इव as if burning with. जटिलः—( जटा+इलच ) जटाः सन्ति अस्य इति जटिलः putting on matted hair This is also a mark
