प्रथमोऽङ्कः [r]37 lady having danced being regardless of the middle part (waist) of her body being broken owing to its being bent down under the weight of the breasts,—the mass of her dishevelled hair being scattered is forsaking the beauty of chaplets on her head ; these two anklets in her feet are screaming doubly ; and the necklace being tossed on account of continuous trembling is striking her breast out of pain as it were. 16. Jester—O friend, I like to congratulate this Cupid-festival by dancing and singing in the midst of these two. King—(Smiling) Let it be done (by you). Jester—(Rises up and dances in the midst of the two maid- servants) O lady Madaniká, O lady Chutalatiká, please help me to learn this Charchari (a kind of song with clapping).
