I am also highly thankful to my esteemed friend Babu Chhogmal ji Chopra, B. A., B. L., pleader Small Causes Court, Calcutta for the assistance he gave me from time to time in this connection.

About 20 half-tone pictures have been put in at the proper place at considerable expense and that at a time when there is a famine of printing papers.

I trust that my esteemed friends and admirers would overlook my mistakes and defects and give me encouragement in my present enterprise, so that I may in future serve my mother-tongue more cheerfully and successfully.
