368 রত্নাবলী বাভ্রব্য—(সাশ্রুনেত্রে) হায় মহারাজ! অকারণ কেন আপনি এই ভরতবংশকে সন্দেহতুলাতে আরোপিত করিলেন? অথবা, বিলাপ করিয়া প্রয়োজন কি? আমিও আমার ভক্তির অনুরূপ কার্য্য করি। (সকলের অগ্নিতে প্রবেশ) রাজা—(দক্ষিণ বাহুস্পন্দনের ভাব প্রদর্শন করিয়া) এই অবস্থাতে আমার এইরূপ ফলের কিরূপে আশা করা যায়!
